Guarantee regulations and repairs are carried out in the course of the warranty extension exclusively by GRAVITY Airsports & more GmbH or their licensed service partners. If a guarantee is approved, GRAVITY executes all steps of the repair, from the exchange of single parts to the replacement of the entire product.

 

In the B2C process, the legal warranty for up to 2 years for movable goods applies from the date of the invoiced purchase. If a full paraglider test is carried out within the first two years after purchase by GRAVITY, a check center, or a retailer authorized by GRAVITY, the statutory warranty, hence the extended manufacturer's guarantee, is extended by 2 more years from the day of testing. This includes functional components and product contents. It does not include regular wear and tear and aesthetic damage.
